About Cory Bergman

Cory Bergman is the founder of Bergman Performance and a strength and conditioning coach with experience across professional sports, collegiate athletics, and tactical environments. Originally from Fort Pierce, Florida, Cory moved to Orlando to earn his Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the NSCA, Westside Barbell Special Strengths certification, and Precision Nutrition Level 1. Cory began his career in strength and conditioning in 2016, driven by a strong interest in human performance and athletics. In 2021, he founded Bergman Performance LLC to bring high-level coaching principles to individuals across disciplines who want to train intelligently and perform at their best when it matters. His coaching experience spans professional football, Division I collegiate programs, junior college, high school athletics, and tactical populations. Along the way, Cory has worked with experienced coaches, elite athletes, and professionals in biomechanics and human performance who have helped shape his approach. Cory believes in remaining a student of the profession and continually refining his understanding of biomechanics, sport performance, nutrition, and recovery to better serve those he coaches.
