Bergman Performance offers custom programming catering to any field sport, strength sport or occupation. Personalized to fit your schedule, level of training, and availability of equipment, this programming brings my expertise from the strength and conditioning field to enable you to exceed your goals. Getting Started

-Once you have successfully subscribed to Bergman Performance custom programming, you will receive an email with an invitation to download and join the TrainHeroic app which is where all programming will be posted.

-Next you will set up a meeting with Coach Bergman via zoom or phone call to discuss your training goals, equipment availability, limitations and overall layout of the program.

-Once the initial meeting is done, Coach Bergman will write your program and have it posted on TrainHeroic for you to begin following.

-Each exercise will come with a video demonstrating proper execution and coaching cues if necessary. Coach Bergman will require you record and share videos of each exercise you perform to ensure proper execution and correct flaws if needed.

-Do the work, follow the program as it is written, and you will get stronger. Record your weights used so that Coach Bergman may progress your program accordingly. Alternative workouts will be provided due to travel, lack of equipment, etc.

-Programming will be based off what equipment you have available to you, however, to get the most out of your program the following equipment is recommended.

  • Barbell
  • Plates or Bumper Plates
  • Dumbbells
  • Bench (Flat or Adjustable)
  • Rack or Squat Stand
